Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Location: Listowel, Ontario

What You’ll Do:

• Build, lead, and manage a team of skilled technicians during our new afternoon shift.
• Roll up your sleeves and perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of heavy trucks and trailers.
• Act as the go-to expert, ensuring efficient workflow, top-notch customer service, and a safe, productive workplace.
• Collaborate with the day shift team for seamless operations.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 310T Technician certification with proven hands-on experience.
• Leadership abilities and a desire to mentor and guide others.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Organized, dependable, and ready to rise to the challenge of a working foreman role.
