We are seeking full-time, permanent Licensed 310T Truck Technicians/Mechanics and Apprentices with at least two years of experience to join our team in Strathroy, ON.
Our facility is conveniently located just two minutes off the 402, between London and Sarnia.
Compensation: $30-$45 per hour depending on experience.
Shift Options:

Primarily a 4-da,y Monday to Thursday rotational shift (days/afternoons)

We are open seven days a week and weekdays until 3:00 AM, we provide a dynamic and supportive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities Include:

Diagnosing and completing repairs safely and efficiently according to company policies and manufacturer specifications.

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Handling emissions system diagnostics, engine repairs, and rebuilding.

Performing warranty work on International trucks, Cummins engines, and Walinga equipment.

Testing repaired vehicles for proper performance.
-
Maintaining organized and up-to-date work orders.
-
Collaborating with the team and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Mentoring junior maintenance personnel.

Suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-
Following safe work practices.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
310T or 310S Truck/Automotive Technician license.
-
Strong understanding of diesel engines, steering & suspension, brakes, transmission, and hydraulic systems.
-
Valid “G” driver’s license.
-
DZ license an asset.
-
Own tools and tool box.
-
Basic computer proficiency.
-
Ability to stand, lift 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Effective communication skills.
