Town-home/Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members
• Rough-in of wood-framed condo buildings
• Rough-in and finish of all aspects of a condo building

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in town home and multifamily residential construction
• Driver's license preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Able to commute daily to job site
